Are the free offers really free?+
Yes. Free offers cost nothing to claim and nothing to use – no card details needed. They're how Bristol venues invite you to try them out; our fair use policy simply caps how many free offers one person can claim in a year.
How does it work?+
Claim an offer and you get a voucher with a QR code in your account. The venue then gets in touch to arrange your visit – show your code when you go, they scan it, you train. Paid offers work the same way, with the payment taken when you buy the voucher.
How many free offers can I claim?+
Up to 12 free offers in any 12 months, and one free offer per venue in the same period – they're tasters to help you find your regular spot, not a free membership. Paid offers have no such limits.
Can I get a refund on a paid offer?+
Yes – an unredeemed paid voucher can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, straight from the voucher in your account. Once a voucher has been redeemed at the venue, the service counts as delivered, so refunds after that are at our discretion.
Do vouchers expire?+
Every voucher shows its expiry date, and we email a reminder a week before it runs out. An expired voucher can no longer be redeemed – so claim the things you'll actually get to. If you paid for an offer and didn't get to use it, contact us and we'll refund you.
